Amarnath Yatra 2021 Registration

For Amarnath Yatra 2021 pilgrim is registered mainly in below three categories from 1st April 2021 onwards by the authorities. The categories are:

Individual registration

Group registration

Ex-Indian registration

* Registration for the Pilgrim shall be done on a first-come-first-serve basis. 

Individual Registration For Amarnath Yatra 2021

1. Registration yourself from 1st April 2021 onwards via all the Bank Branches.

2. One registration is valid for one Yatri.   Rs 100/- per Yatri is the registration fee.

3. A fixed per day/ per route quota for registering the Yatris is allotted for each Yatra Registration branch. 

4. The formats of Compulsory Health Certificate (CHC) and Application Form shall be download or it will be made available free of cost at the Registration Branch for every applicant.

5. Yatra permit applicant, will submit the following documents to the Bank Branches for Registration of the holy yatra:

a) Filled Application form in the prescribed format.

b) Compulsory Health Certificate (CHC)is issued in Prescribed format by the list of Doctors/ Institutes authorized to issue the CHC. It is available at the official web portal of the Shrine Board www.shriamarnathjishrine.com

* CHCs issued in or after 15th March 2021 would be valid for registration.

c) Four passport-sized photographs (one pic for the Application form and the other three are for Yatra Permits).

6. Registration shall be done on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Group Registration For Amarnathji Yatra 2021

To facilitate the members of an extended family or reside in the same Mohalla/ Village (5 or more members) obtaining registration for a particular date, the Board has initiated a scheme for “Group Registration”. 

Guidelines for Group Registration

1. If you are in a Group of 5 or more members then the individual members of the Group can together apply by registered post.

2. The Group Leader sends the following documents of each member of the Group by registered post. 

a) Filled the prescribed Application Forms.

b) Original copies of Compulsory Health Certificates. A list of Doctors/ Institutes authorized to issue the CHC is available at www.shriamarnathjishrine.com. 

* CHCs issued in or after 15th March 2021 would be valid for registration.

c) Four passport-sized photographs of the applicant, one is to be signed on the front side of the photograph. 

d) Rs 200/- per Yatri per Yatra Registration Fee. 

e) Mailing Address of the Group Leader, along with the mobile number, and e-mail ID. 

f) Postal Charges are mentioned below:

1-5 No. of persons in a Group Postal charges Rs. 50/-

6 to 10 No. of persons in a Group Postal charges Rs. 100/-

11 to 15 No. of persons in a Group Postal charges Rs. 150/-

16 to 20 No. of persons in a Group Postal charges Rs. 200/-

21 to 25 No. of persons in a Group Postal charges Rs. 250/-

26 to 30 No. of persons in a Group Postal charges  Rs. 300/- and so on...

3. Registration fees for Yatra and Postal Charges are payable in the form of Bank Draft, which is drawn in the favour of Chief Accounts Officer, Shri Amarnathji Shrine Board. 

All the documents send together by registered post at the below mention address to secure registration for the Yatra.

4. Group Registration shall be done on a first-come-first-serve basis, subject to a maximum of 50 registrations per group per day per route.  

5. Chief Executive Officer, Shrine Board shall not be responsible for any postal delay.

Ex-India Pilgrims Registration For Amarnathji Yatra 2021

The ex-India pilgrim shall need to send scanned copies of the following documents for registration 

a) Filled-in Application Forms. 

c) Compulsory Health Certificate issued in or after 15th March 2021. (formats of Application and CHC are available at the Board’s website: www.shriamarnathjishrine.com) 

c) Scanned photograph

d) Registration of Rs 1500/- per Yatri and it will be deposited in the Punjab National Bank.

3. The choice of desirous pilgrim will have to collect the holy Yatra Permit from the designated Punjab National Bank Branches, which are located at Jammu and Srinagar. 

4. Registration for a yatra permit shall be subject to the availability of the Registration quota. 

** Who shall not be registered for the Yatra?

i) Child below the age of 13 years.

ii) Elder above the age of 75 years. 

iii) Female with more than six weeks’ pregnancy.
